Ok, seriously, have you ever felt like this...
because I've been without my cell for more than two weeks and I WAS GETTING SO FRUSTRATED! To make a long story short, the fantastic "Pearl" should never break down so no one in the Bay Area carries parts for it (including us taking into the city twice) and so they finally shipped us parts in Hawaii. Nope. Only worked for about 2 days.
After another trek around the Bay Area, I finally got my replacement phone Wednesday night. HALLELUJAR!
I AM CONNECTED! And I've finally gotten to the point of truly enjoying the peace and quiet!

My Blackberry's trackwheel broke and they couldn't replace it because:
1. They didn't have parts.
2. It was "old" - less than a year old!
3. They can only give me a refurbished one.
Thus I became an iPhone owner.
Wow... I had no idea this newfangled modern technology was so much trouble... My trusty dixie cups connected by a line of string always works well... and parts are cheap and easy to come by! No really, I finally just got my first cell phone a couple months ago, I hope it never breaks!
Ouch - two weeks!! David's pearl wouldn't scroll and his work finally replaced it with a newer black berry. It was ridiculous trying to get it fixed - we feel your pain!
I've had these same feelings this last week-only it was because of my internet, not my phone! I with ya!
